LPGA to start drug testing in 2008

The LPGA announced that they will beging drug testing in 2008. Commish Caroyln Bivens doesn't know of anybody using drugs now, but is taking proactive steps to prevent it becoming an issue. Read the story here.
Over the next 6 months they will develop the testing plan, including the list of banned substances. There has been talk, but no action from the PGA Tour on a similar move.
If a woman can't take testosterone, can a man take estrogen? You'd think that would be counter-intuitive to helping the golf game, but isn't it still the "same" act?
