Golf Or Sex - Poll Question Expanded
 A little of both... I promise- I'll keep this rated PG-13 or TV-14* (will you?) but I think the poll question deserves comments.
To me- it's almost impossible to answer and frankly the choice would probably change by situation. Here in my office- I can rationally say I'd rather play golf. BUT- let's say I choose golf with the caveat that at any given point I can change my mind, but at that instance would never be able to play golf again. Heck- by tonight I'd probably have my sticks on Ebay. The key is to have no temptation for sex. Some of you married men should have no problem. Enjoy the banter- and like I mentioned up top- keep things mostly clean. We'll have to delete any comments that get too graphic. photo source *As a (long) side note- do you find it funny that there is so much difference between the MPAA's PG-13 rating and the FCC's TV-14 rating? You'd think a 14 year old could hear/see more, but clearly this is not the case. A PG-13 movie can drop S*** frequently, drop 1 F-bomb and even show an instance of non-sexual nudity (artist drawing nude subject is classic use of this). TV-14 doesn't allow any of this, though frankly I'm scared to let my 14 year old watch a show like "Grey's Anatomy." I think I'd much rather them watch a TV-MA show like "It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia" or "South Park" where at least the issues are just with swearing, versus manipulation, indiscretion and general moral decay (wow- I'm turning into such a parent).  C-4 says:LOL..LMAO...you poor souls have to choose...just like sex, shopping, and shoes make a happy wife...sex and golf makes for a happy husband. if your spouse or mate make you choose, trader her in or learn how to play the game...and i dont mean golf. or bring the little lady with. the only thing that will get you more kudos on the course other than a hole in one is getting your club polished while you wait for the next group to tee off(boy that was a great round and I was about 18 over) 10/29/09

While I don't mean to offend any of oobgolf's more seasoned citizens here, I can't imagine sex being all that enjoyable after the first 25-35 years (sorry, Cialis, you're not selling me here) and I've played golf with couples in their 80's and believe me, they're still having every bit of fun as you or I playing golf, so I would be inclined to side with golf for the long run. Then again, I have heard that it's fairplay to gather ye roses while ye may, so I would have to heed the Little Captain's orders on this one. 10/30/09

If I have to choose between average sex and an average course, I will take the course, but if it is between mind-blowing toe curling sex and an awesome course, sex wins, and if both were to be completely horrible, I will take up table tennis haha. If you can work in "nudity", "bikini", or "slut" they'll give you search engine traffic for years to come, but you already know that, and it's beside the point. As far as the sex or golf question is concerned, as several commentors have suggested, it totally depends on the quality of the golf course vs. the quality of the sex partner, thus it's quite impossible to answer without further details. There are just too many extreme variation is both sex and golf. 11/2/09
