Will Oprah land Tiger?
Who Will Land "The Interview"
By Kickntrue on 12/7/09
I guessed Oprah last week. I could also see it being 60 Minutes. I could also see him never doing another interview again... which as time passed, would become more and more hilarious. I wonder if you can bet on this in Vegas yet?

How do we even know he wants to talk? I don't think he is going to do an interview. I just can't picture Tiger explaining his affairs and/or the accident on national television with optional tears streaming down his face. He doesn't have much to gain from doing so in my mind. His image could get even worse after explaining what really happened.

Why would TW even want to do one of these "celebrity" interviews? What's in it for him? I think the next time we see TW will be on the golf course, and I have to imagine that will be awkward enough.

What's the point to an interview. It is somewhat anti-climactic.

flemingmike says:
the point will be advertising. whoever (if anyone) can get tiger woods to do an interview will be generate huge ratings. for example, how many ppl from this site would watch oprah today? my bet is less than 20% (and i think thats a high percentage) if tiger went onto oprah today, 80%+ ppl on this website would watch. and at least 10% of those ppl would watch tomorrow. which in turn, makes more money! nobody really cares what would be said in the interview, but we would still watch because it is tiger.

Hmm....what do you think my odds are for getting a Tiger interview as a youtube exclusive?
12/7/09

flemingmike says:
that depends on how much cash you got.

Tiger would be a fool to let the # 1 man hater in the world interview him!

If TW were to go on Ophrey, not only would I not watch it, I would be inclined to tune out whenever TW is involved in anything ever again.

The longer he doesn't talk to the press, the worse he makes it for himself. He should just get it over with...plus, I think 60 Minutes would be the best one.

I would much rather see and hear what Elin Woods has to say. Tiger was a tired act even before all of this.

Oh, by the way, the booty count is up to nine and includes a porn-star.
