Wheelchair Golfers Breaks 80 at St. Andrews

If you missed E:60 last night (ESPN's version of 60 Minutes), you need to watch the segment on Mike Reeder.
He is the first golfer to play the Old Course at St. Andrews from a wheelchair. Mike lost both of his legs from the knee down in combat during Vietnam, but he didn't let that hold him back from becoming a single digit handicap and fulfilling his dream of playing at the home of golf.
I'm not gonna lie, the piece on Mike got me all teary-eyed (a bug flew into my eye, I swear). It's amazing how someone like Mike can overcome physical limitations and still achieve great things. It makes me feel bad about my 12.3 handicap with two legs!
I don't want to spoil anything, so just watch the in-depth piece. ESPN is being stupid right now and they won't let me copy the embed code so you're going to have to click the link below to watch it.
Let me know what you think.

wow what a great story! Amazing to say the least. During the whole thing there wasn't one moment of pity this guy, or some after school special either. He went out and wanted it, and even through the loss of his very good friend he still achieved and had a cool demeanor about the whole thing too. That's guts right there. Is this guy running for President? i'd vote for him.
I loved the American flag sweatshirt he wore.
He totally rocked it though. Normally you see stuff like that on People of Walmart or something, but seriously - everything this guy said, i just wanted to listen.
Kurt the Knife says:
Never ceases to amaze me the resilience of the human critter. Seen many of 'em chewed into bits but somehow some of 'em not only survive but make these huge life acheivements.
Gotta say the production team did a great job on that piece.
Really happy for that dude to have his dream.
I got all my working appendages and still shoot in the 100's.
