Who Wins the 2014 PGA Championship?

If any of you respond to this question with "Tiger!", prepare to be burned like a cheap steak by the rest of the world.
Having said that, pipe in below with your prediction. (And yes, we already know the two biggest suspects...)

The field.????????? Your guess is as good as mine.
Enough of this group-think. I pick Woods. I have never correctly predicted the winner of any tournament much less a major tournament--why start now? Let the roasting begin. This place could use a good flame war if you ask me. Tiger is in a bad way right now but I am going to go out on a limb and give this four-time PGA champion a bit of slack. If anyone in golf has earned it it is Woods. People nowadays call him a quitter and use his name as a metonym for bad golf ("I totally Tigered that drive into the junk huhuhuhuh") but I still choose to respect his game and competitive record. If that makes me a clueless and ignorant golf fan then so be it, what do I care. Nobody is good at prognosticating in this game anyways, you know it and I know it.

My picks: McIlroy, Rose, McDowell.
As regards Tiger, I would say that there's no chance of him winning if he were to play. I've had major back spasms and they are absolutely debilitating. Even if he plays, the mental weight of a possible injury recurrence will limit him. I think that he'll regain form at some point, but he's got to get well clear of this back injury before he'll start winning again.
Fowler's been hanging around and looks good.
Torleif Sorenson says:
@Strangebrew: I have to agree with you; Fowler looked awfully good at the Open Championship last month.
When the moon is in the seventh house , and Jupiter aligns with Mars, Phil can put together a string of birdies. I was at Poipu bay when he shot 59. Missed a putt on the final hole or it would have been a 58.

Scotty to regain #1.
I think it's time that someone well outside the favorites win - a Ryan Moore or Marc Leishman - just someone nobody expects. Just a hunch. Would like to see Fowler win though.
Or maybe Chris Stroud?
Boy I was on the mark with that one.
