Shoulder-Turn Golf Exercise

Here is a simple exercise I found to increase flexibility in the area of the shoulders. The increased strength and flexibility should help you increase shoulder-turn and overall swing speed. The cool thing is- Tiger does this exercise without a club. (SeeTheDrill)

There are many different ways to prepare to play your best golf, but the best way is to learn a solid fundemental swing at a good golf school. Staying flexible is part of good golf instruction, and will serve you well the longer you play the game.
