After winning a club tournament, a senior bank official is accused of cheating. His opponents accuse him of marking his ball on the green closer to the hole than it actually was on two different holes. The real interesting part of the story is how this course argument ends up in a court room. More on that here:

I also find it interesting that the oponent doesn't submit the complaint until after he loses? Why not talk to an official right at the hole where the problem occurs.
