Playing Worst Ball
Have you ever tried playing Worst Ball? Basically you play each hole with 2 balls for every shot, but instead of playing the better ball (like people would normally want to do) you must play the worst of the two. Even if you hit a wedge to 5 feet on your first shot, you have to hit the 2nd and play the worst. It's a great way to build confidence and put a little pressure on yourself.

Good Words For Bad Shots
I receieved a great book this year for Christmas, A Disorderly Compendium of Golf, by Lorne Rubenstein and Jeff Neuman. I've found it a lot of fun and wanted to share some of my favorite passages from the book. The first is a list of great words to use for bad golf shots which you can discover after the jump.
