No Jungle-Bird At Merion

Twelve months ago this week, Nathan told you about Jungle Bird, the imbecile who interrupted the trophy ceremony for Webb Simpson at the 2012 U.S. Open at Olympic Club. A couple of months afterward, this environmentalist troglodyte interrupted a Notre Dame-Navy football game. Players from both teams did an admirable job of not tackling him and splattering him all over the turf at Navy – Marine Corps Memorial Stadium, which is what Jungle-Birdbrain richly deserved.
In advance of the U.S. Open at Merion, the USGA sent this preemptive cease-and-desist letter to the blithering cretin, who was stupid enough to share the letter with the world and to reveal his real name, Andrew Dudley:
The USGA's slogan at the bottom-left corner of the letter has never been so apt.

Now if we could only find a way to keep some of the other idiots that attend sporting events from shouting stupid phrases, taking pictures and moving when they in line of sight of the players it would be a much better world.
