Ian Poulter: No Limits
By Torleif Sorenson on 10/16/14
Ian Poulter leads a pretty charmed life; he's a world-famous golfer and five-time Ryder Cup team member, albeit with just two U.S. victories (both WGCs) and no major championships just yet. He also has a well-known line of golf clothing, has an impressive collection of automobiles, is prolific and provocative on Twitter, and lives in sunny Florida. (This Minnesotan will be thinking of that in the middle of January.)
He also has a wife and four children he obviously adores:
Now, the dashing Englishman is a published author. No Limits is his autobiography and will hit the streets one week from today. Given as provocative as Poulter can be whenever he posts on Twitter, we will assume that Poulter has some witty and stinging commentary about those elsewhere in the world of golf. We also hope he has balanced this with some unexpected praise for other people.
While we at oobgolf do not have an advance copy of the book, your humble correspondent plans to spill for the book and read it as quickly as possible, work commitments and a large writing project of my own be darned.
Perhaps because of the absence of a major championship, Poulter is switching equipment for the 2015 season; he announced (to a limited extent) the change yesterday on Twitter:
Have you seen an interesting golf story? Tell us about it!
