Im not sure if I want to win. I feel staying ignorant to how crappy my current socks are will save me money. But Im extreemly curious what $28 socks feel like.
srogers13 says:
He said he had a great season.
metnorm says:
I don't think he is disappointed with the five wins but is with no major.

I am with Jason on the socks things lol.
zli says:
he must have believed he would win so he is disappointed now.

can these socks help me hit 10 yards longer / 5 feet closer?
jasonfish11 says:
Also if they happen to be the same pair tested by Mustang I'll galdly let you select a dfferent name if I win.
slimpks1850 says:
Obviously, yes. He has stated publicly his goal is more majors than Jack. I believe 20 is his goal.
Trip says:
Any season without a major win is a disappointment for someone who's main goal is winning majors.
dottomm says:
No. How many times does a PGA Tour Pro win 5 times in a single season? I know he got 9 once, but he was just a kid playing in every event he could. If he played more events, it could be argued he would have won at least one more. As for winning major this year. It takes more than being a great golfer. You need a little luck too. Sometimes things don't always go as planned. But I'm sure that is something we can all agree on.
bducharm says:
He will say to the press he is not disappointed however I would be! He has 1 MAJOR goal - pass Jack! Yes, he also wants to pass Snead for all-time Tour victories. However, it's all about Jack! As Uncle Si would say "Hey Jack!"
GolfSmith7 says:
I truly don't think he is disappointed, The old Tiger would have, the new one realizes these things are not easy to win, if you self impose pressure. He's taking a new mental approach to the majors but that doesn't mean he doesn't care he just ready to let them come to him instead of forcing them. He reaches 20 in my opinion but 15th and 18 will prove to be the hardest.

Tiger Woods is perpetually disappointed. I've seen the look in his face. And why else would he change his swing so often?

Tiger may or may not be dissapointed. How is that answer? By the way, would love to try those socks, look nice.
meatball413 says:
No, I think he is happy with playing well and being back in contention again.
Panerai111 says:
He is sad... But happy with 5 wins.
toothid says:
I think reality still hasn't set in with Tiger. He will say he is not happy unless his season includes a major win, however "father time" is not on his side. Watched him yesterday at the Barclays...lots of "back grabbing". Was it a soft bed or the 35 plus years of high torque swings?
Tiger HAD 3 things going for him extreme talent, youth and consistency. The talent is still there, but the youth and consistence are fading
