The best Ryder Cup singles match?

Will we see Rory McIlroy and Tiger Woods go head-to-head in a Ryder Cup singles match?

It's possible, however, it will require some backdoor "negotiating" from Ryder Cup captains Davis Love and Jose Maria Olazabal.

Unlike at the Presidents Cup, pairings at the Ryder Cup are a "blind draw," meaning each captain fills out his line up without knowing who his counterpart will send out in a particular match. That would drastically reduce the possibility of a Tiger vs. Rory bout next Sunday.

Everyone who is interested in the Ryder Cup wants to see that particular match up — even Rory and Tiger.

If ~~the PGA of America and the PGA European Tour~~ DL3 and JMO were smart, they'd agree ahead of time to send their "aces" out first (or last) to ensure Rory McIlroy and Tiger Woods square off in what could be the best Ryder Cup singles match ever!
