Tiger Woods ended the longest winless streak of his professional career Sunday at the Arnold Palmer Invitational. Prior to his victory at Bay Hill, his last victory on the PGA Tour was at the BMW Championship at Cog Hill, which was more than two and a half years ago.
But 30 months is nothing compared to some of the droughts on the PGA Tour. GolfDigest.com published a list of the five longest winless streaks and Tiger is no where near the top with his recent streak. T-5. 13 years, 8 months - Tommy Armour III (January 28, 1990-September 28, 2003) and Joey Sindelar (September 9, 1990 - May 9, 2004)I bet Butch was upset when his record 15+ year winless drought was broken by a measly three weeks.
