U.S. Open Live Blog
By mustang6560 on 6/13/12
There are 11 federal holidays here in the U.S., but unfortunately, the Thursday and Friday of the U.S. Open Week are not one of them, which means golf fans across the country will be forced to work while the world's best golfers play for a piece of history.
While nothing can replace the joy of watching the U.S. Open in your favorite recliner from the comfort of your living room with a cold one in your hand, we want to help make the first two rounds of the U.S. Open as enjoyable as possible. So we're going to host a live blog for the afternoon coverage Thursday and Friday and we'd like you to participate.
It's free, and as a special guest, Mark Long, the man who wrote the yardage book the pros will be using at The Olympic Club, will join us for a part the live blog each day to share his insights. Not only will you be able to share your opinions, you'll also be able to ask Mark specific questions about the course, the players, and anything else that tickles your fancy.
We hope to see you tomorrow starting at 1:00 PM CT.
