"Things have been weird for four or five weeks"

Yani Tseng followed up her 12 win season (including two majors) last year with three wins to start 2012 - the Honda LPGA Thailand, RR Donnelley LPGA Founders Cup and the Kia Classic. However, the world number one is struggling as of late (she actually looks human, which is good news for the rest of the LPGA players).

So, to fix her struggling form, she did the most logical thing a golfer can do - she fired her caddie. You know what they say, "When the going gets tough, the caddie gets going".
Yani Tseng, in the midst of a mini-slump, has parted ways with her caddie. Tseng phoned Jason Hamilton on Tuesday, two days after the U.S. Women’s Open, and told him that she needed a break. The pair won 16 times worldwide in two years.

“I wasn’t surprised at all,” Hamilton said. “Things have been weird for four or five weeks.”
All is not lost for Jason. He's already found a new gig with PGA Tour player and fellow New Zealander Danny Lee, who won the 2008 U.S. Amateur. As for Yani, we'll have to wait and see how will loop for her moving forward.

BadCaddy is right... with a winning track record like hers, I'd be auditioning for that gig pretty fast. :)
