Even Tiger Woods is not sure if he'll win more majors than Jack Nicklaus

Ahead of the CIMB Classic, Tiger Woods was asked if he ever doubted his ability to break Jack Nicklaus' record of 18 major championship victories.
Oh, absolutely. It's like everybody else. There are times I've gone through periods where I didn't hit very good, didn't chip very good, didn't putt very good. I know what I can do, but sometimes it just doesn't come out. That's when, for me, in the past and will always continue to be that way, just got to go back and work harder. Get out there and do my work on the range, do my work on the golf course at home and make that solid so when I get into a tournament situation, it is able to come out. There is a growing list of golf personalities including Sir Nick Faldo and Hank Haney who don't think Tiger will pass Jack's record. But opinions are like ... well, you know how the saying goes.
Jack did win his 18th major at the ripe old age of 46, however, his major championship run was essentially over after he turned 40. Tiger turns 37 in December, which gives him 12 to 16 more majors to truly contend in before time is truly against him.

Not surprising Hank "Tigerfiredmybutt&nowI'mpetulent" Haney is happy to register a no vote in the media. Him and Stevie can have a contest to see who was MORE responsible for Tiger's past success. Frickin ramoras.
Ya but 40 is the new 30 right? So that gives him plenty of time to surpass Jack. Of course he is not sure if he will beat Jack's record, he is a golfer not Nostradamus. I think he will.
What really matters is that Tiger has fun trying to beat the record. After all, that is what this game is all about. Fun.
It doesn't always look like Tiger is having fun.
Ho hum very interesting. By the way, anybody ever used the scanner advertised on the side bar right there------------------------------------------>
Even if he does not break it ..he sigle handely changed the game of golf
