Graeme McDowell: "I was sleepwalking"
By mustang6560 on 12/10/12
Back in November, Graeme McDowell injured his right hand in a freak hotel door accident. The details of the accident were kept quiet, which led a few of you including C-4 to wonder aloud, "I wonder what he did?".

Well, it turns out Graeme hurt his hand while he was sleepwalking.
"I actually don't know what happened to my hand," McDowell said Monday on Golf Channel. "I was sleepwalking. I woke up out of this dream, standing in a hotel-room door, in my boxer shorts, and three seconds later I had the most searing pain in my right hand. I have no idea what happened."

Was he up late, tipping back a few Guinness? Not quite. G-Mac said he went to sleep early that night, around 9 p.m. local time. "That was my first sleepwalking experience," he said, "and believe me, it wasn't a good one for me."
Sleepwalking? Really? That's what you're going with? Sounds made up, Graeme.

If you are in fact telling the truth — and I have no real reason not to believe you — then it sounds like you need to work on your sleepwalking. You can't be walking around in your sleep slamming your hand(s) in a door(s). The good news is your injury was only minor (see Twitter pic of hand injury) and you were able to finish your 2012 campaign on a high with your victory at the World Challenge.
