Dine Like A Champion
By Torleif Sorenson on 4/10/13
2012 Masters champion Bubba Watson certainly is daring on the golf course, but remains both humble and decidedly uncomplicated at the dinner table.

Traditional Caesar Salad
Grilled Chicken Breast
Green Beans, Mashed Potatoes, Corn, Macaroni & Cheese
Served with Cornbread

Nick Faldo was quick with a clever retort:

What's next? A "reality" show in which each year's Masters champion has to dream up a dream dish before a panel of celebrity chefs? And if it isn't good, one of them goes on an R-rated tirade and throws pots and pans all over the place?

I thought it was going to be fried chicken. I guess he decided grilled chicken would be lighter than fried chicken and he doesn't want to be weighed down on the golf course this week.

I'm pretty surprised at the inclusion of "traditional caesar salad" because that typically contains anchovy, raw egg as well as foreign cheese. I guess I had Bubba all wrong.

Macaroni suits Bubba's preferred shot shape.

Can anyone decipher all the signatures? Some are pretty easy (e.g. Arnold Palmer) and knowing all the past Masters champions helps. Still, there are some that are a complete mystery, like 2nd from the bottom on the left (Fred Couples?).
