When it rains, it pours.
2013 has been a dreadful year for Rory McIlroy — the last couple of weeks, especially. Two weeks ago, we told you about McIlroy's lawsuit against Horizon Management. Earlier today, Nathan told you about Rory's break-up with tennis star Caroline Wozniacki.
Now, on the same day the Belfast Telegraph has revealed some of the details, multiple news sources say that Horizon Sports Management plans to file a counter-suit, although no further details are available.
Among the bizarre details cited in McIlroy's court papers are that he signed his Horizon contract at the company Christmas party on December 21, 2011, and that he was not furnished a draft of the agreement beforehand.
At least Horizon's web site managers have finally gotten around to removing McIlroy's picture from their web site...

Is it just me or is this very poorly written?
I can't seem to understand if it is saying that he had no knowledge of the negotiations with Nike before the contract was signed. Or if they are missing the end of the statement about his Nike contract.
It is poorly written. I'm no lawyer but I'm pretty sure Rory signed a "contract", not a "contact".
