Fan climbs palm tree to retrieve Tiger's ball
By mustang6560 on 3/11/13
In the third round of the WGC-Cadillac Championship, Tiger Woods' tee shot came to rest in a palm tree on the 17th. Luckily, Tiger was able to identify his ball so he only incurred an one-stroke penalty and was able to drop next to the palm tree. Had he not been able to identify his ball, he would have had to re-tee.

After the action moved toward the 17th green, an industrious fan decided to climb the palm tree to get Tiger's ball. His forearms were cut up pretty good in the process, but in the end the fan managed to leave TPC Blue Monster with a pretty cool eBay item souvenir (see picture here).

If you missed Tiger's unlucky shot, I embedded it below for your viewing pleasure. He bogeyed the hole but he still won the tournament.
