I've heard hockey players make good golfers. The action a hockey learns to hit a hockey puck translates well on the links. But is the opposite true -- do golfers make good hockey players?
The answer is no, or more specifically, the answer is not necessarily.
Jason Day, who is one of the best golfers in the world, recently laced it up with the Columbus Blue Jackets. It looks he enjoyed himself in the video, practicing alongside his adopted-city's NHL team, but let's just say he's not as graceful on ice...

Good on Jason! If the Blue Jackets organization (esp. Marketing VP J.D. Kershaw) are smart, this will not be the last time Jason Day and the team do something together. The Jackets need all the promotional and marketing help they can get.

anyone here golf opposite handed the way they play hockey? ie I golf and bat righty, but lefty hockey, I have much more stability and control that way.
