Adam Scott Wins PGA Grand Slam of Golf
By Torleif Sorenson on 10/17/13
You cannot say that Adam Scott is coasting through "silly season."
The 2013 Masters champion was four shots behind 2013 U.S. Open champion Justin Rose after eight holes on Wednesday, but roared back to shoot 64 and win the PGA of America's Grand Slam of Golf by two shots. This year's exhibition was held at Port Royal Golf Course in Southampton, Bermuda.
The pink jacket certainly is unavoidable, but Scott gave some very gracious thanks to Bermuda's premier, Craig Cannonier, and the tournament organizers — and expressed hope of winning another major so that he has the opportunity to return twleve months hence.
