I don't have a picture of Andrew or Kevin.
Highlights from Kevin and Andrew's Round
By mustang6560 on 9/1/10
With Kevin and Andrew are out on assignment (and by assignment I mean golfing at the World Am) I felt I would share their results today with the oobgolf community to figure out which is A) more impressive or B) more disappointing.
Kevin shoots a 92
Kevin finally broke the century mark at the World Am today as he shot a 92 (click here for the scorecard) with two birds on hole 4 and hole 9. He drove the fairway 61.5% of the time but only hit the green in regulation 38.9%. What I want to know is what happened on hole 2 - he hit 4, count it 4 bunker shots!
Andrew shot an 11?
What does Andrew and the number 11 have in common? The par 5 number 9 at the Founders Club at Pawleys Island. Andrew shot an 11 on the hole (click here to view his scorecard). He went OB 3 times, which is a major factor for his terrible score. But I need to hear more about this. I will say, though, I commend his ability to finish. I mean, he could have shot a 12 ;)
Anywho, I created a poll. Vote to give your opinion on whether your more disappointed with Andrew or impressed with Kevin.

i think I'm most disappointed in you, mustang, for not having a picture of Andrew or Kevin. I am impressed with both Andrew's finishing the hole in 11, cause it coulda been 12, and disappointed in Kevin for obviously sandbagging.
How 'bout that poll
LOL. I know...fail :)
The poll is the general poll on oob. Check it out...
ouch! 11 really! 3 ob's teed off with a 6I on a par 5 and still got an 11? WOW.
He must of done some other damage cause that 98 didn't all come from one nasty 11

11 is not so bad.
way i look at it its an ace...
don't judge. it gets me thru the round.
When I read the highlight 'Andrew shot and 11' my first thought was, he was running with Kim Jong Il for lowest round ever!
@Kurt -- LOL! Always has something good to add...
I'm surprised to find out our fearless leaders are double-digit handicappers!
@homermainia - trust me. if we were single handicappers you wouldn't want us leading you. then you'd have ... most of our competitors- HAHA.
As far as this post being created without our knowledge... Nathan will pay. I would LOVE to see him play in this. He'd get DESTROYED. He's worked his little handicap down to an 11 or 12 by playing his same home course (mommy's country club) day after day after day. On a course that's new to him (I've seen proof of this) he turns into a 20. Add a little pressure and he'd be DOMINATED! As far as my 11... you don't need a story. we've all been there.
2 90 foot putts for Andrew? How big are these greens? Did you use a wedge for those?
I went to the site and searched for players from Texas. I found four guys who play in our weekly dogfights with single digit handicaps. They weren't exactly lighting up the scoreboard either.
Totally know the feeling. First tourney I went O.B. twice off the tee box. Going to look and then realizing you have to take someones cart back to the tee box is awesome. Not to mention I went O.B. on the same hole the next day. I love golf!
@Kickntrue - Oh yeah, been there... I can build at least a couple of snowmen on any given summer weekend...
Good luck tomorrow!
I like how he scored an 11 and still managed to break 100. That takes skill!!!

"That takes skill!!!"
Or creative mathematics.
At least he didn't start a fire... sports.yahoo.com/golf/blog/devil_ball_golf/post/
