Andrew making DC look good.
Your missing out on some cool charts...
Andrew Casais a.k.a. Casa720
Ahh- to be a senior in high school again. Andrew Casais is- and I bet the ladies will swoon when they see he's "famous." Show it off my friend, be proud. Oh- and the "nerds" are the ones who are hot later. Remember that.
How old are you and what's your occupation?
I'm 17 and am currently a Senior at Roselle Catholic High School.
When did you start playing golf and what's your handicap?
I started to really play about 3-4 years ago; really the summer before I started High School. My oob golf handicap is currently 12.9.
How often do you play?
I usually play about 2-3 times a week. But, since school is starting it might be more like once or twice.
Tell me about a great shot you've made.
Chipping in from the sand to save par, on the last hole, for one of my first matches for school.
What is your best golf memory?
One of my best golf memories was a round when I shot even par on the front 9 and broke 80 as a final score.
What is your "home" course?
I don't really have a home course, but I guess I would have to say Ash Brook Golf Course.
What ball do you play?
I bounce between Nike and Titleist. If I play Nike I like to play either ONE black or platinum. If I play Titelist I like to play SoLo. (ProV's are nice but... I mean... how often would you pay $50 for somthing you could lose in seconds).

Best round ever- and what course?
My best round ever was just this past summer. I shot a 79 at Cedar Creek Golf Course.
What is one aspect of your golf game you would like to improve on in the next year?
Getting my GIR% up. The second/third shot is key.
Tell me a story.
Alright, this story goes along with my "great shot." I was a Freshman and it was only my 3rd match for school. It was the 9th and final hole of play at Hyatt Hills Golf Course. I teed off and my ball flew just right of the fairway giving me an okay shot to the green. But, we all know that nothing ever just happens easily. So I took my second shot, probably 170 to the green, but I missed it. It was a "worm-burner," only rolling maby 50 yards. So I walked up to what was now my third shot from 120, and took my shot. It was good, it was heading for the green, but it just didn't have enough on it and landed short in the front right bunker. So, I was disappointed, not only do I hate the sand but I knew that even if I got it on the green with this next shot I would be putting for bogey. So, I got up to the green and all the coaches watched and all the players who had finished watched, I got into the bunker and took my sand-wedge and gave a good hack at it. The ball flew high, bounced once and rolled into the cup. I was applauded by the onlookers, even the opposing team, and so once I picked the ball out of the cup I thought, "A par is a par no matter how you look at it."
