Your missing out on some cool charts...
Aaron Viehauser a.k.a. Muscle-OchO
How old are you and what's your occupation?
30 - District Sales Manager in the wireless communication industry.

When did you start playing golf and what's your handicap?
Started playing when I was 10-11 with my parents, currently handicap is 10.

How often do you play?
I try to get in at least 18 - 27 holes a week.

Tell me about a great shot you've made.
A few months ago, I played up at Deacon's Lodge, Just North of Brainerd, Minnesota. I was on the 12th hole, a 320 yard par 4 that if you attempt to go for the green you must fly about 300 yards of marsh. The normal play is 3 wood to a landing area down the right side, followed by an iron in. I pulled out driver and flew the green. I was playing with 11 other guys spread out over 3 tee times and I was the only one who attempted it. Needless to say, I felt proud of my accomplishment even though I 2 putted and made par.

What is your best golf memory?
Having my parents take me along up to Pine River Country Club in Pine River, MN and ride along in the cart when they golfed. I must have been 10 or 11. I remember getting hooked on the game on a specific outing when they were waiting on a par 3 for the group ahead of them to finish the hole. My parents let me tee up a ball on the tee box and try to hit it. I ended up hitting the ball up onto the green and my parents went crazy with excitement! The group on the green also thought it was quite the accomplishment for a 10 year old kid to just have driven the ball 150 yards or so. That is my first memory of golf.

What is your "home" course?
Tanners Brook Golf Course. Forest Lake, Minnesota.

What ball do you play?
Bridgestone B330s or Titleist ProV1

Ping G5 Driver, Callaway Big Bertha 3Wood, Taylor Made R7 Irons, Cleveland 900 form forged Wedges, Odyssey Black Series 1 Putter.

Favorite pro?
Rich Beem - I could be his stunt double. Very similar appearance.

Favorite course you've played?
Woodfield Country Club - Boca Raton, Florida or The Classic - Brainerd, Minnesota.

Dream course you've yet to play?
I would love the opportunity to play Augusta from the tips - I would probably shoot 130 but I would be in heaven.

Best round ever- and what course?
77 St. Cloud Country Club - St. Cloud, Minnesota.

What is one aspect of your golf game you would like to improve on in the next year?
Putting - I am an automatic 2 putt. I have about 5 different styles of holding the club. In any given round, I will use 2 to 3 of them.

Tell me a story.
Still looking for that elusive Hole in one. If anybody has seen mine, Please return!

Also - Beware of beverage carts, They can be known to swindle you out of your hard earned skins money!

You may look like Rich Beem but I sure hope you aren't like him - he's a jerk!!! Lives here in Austin, my wife works with his sister-in-law. Not a great guy...
Banker85 says:
where are your comments? i think i could get close to breaking 100 at augusta... maybe...
bducharm says:
@Banker85 - I think the maybe is more less than likely. I spoke with a guy who got to play Augusta National. From the tips NOW it's pretty long and the biggest problem is the greens. This guys was a single digit handicapper - he 3 putted 8 times!!! BUT we ALL wished we could try!!!
Banker85 says:
well that case i would have 4 putted 8 times im sure...maybe...

Update - I have since turned 31 :)

Congrats on the GoW and b-day. Tanner's is great course for how 'young' it is. Concur on the Brainerd courses as well. Great staff and ammentities, try and make it there once a year if I can.

Banker85 says:

If you are to be considered GOW in the Middle of January and you are from MN. There must not be a lot to choose from. However, you get a good 8 1/2 months of golf if you have the itch early in March to walk in slop and won't give it up until your ball starts collecting snow as it rolls it way towards the cup in November. Muscle OchO is well deserving and Tanner's is a great course with nice beverage cart talent.

I am in MN and will be looking to get out in March. Will have to see how early the thaw starts here. My season ended in October last season when my local course closed it's gates. Then we went and had another 6 weeks of nice (but cooler) golfing weather. What a waste of sunshine :(
Muscle-OchO says:
Seriously.... Only 11 comments.... weak!
Upgraded says:
Lets be honest here. Your story of a shot you made is a little far fetched. You were lined up to put it down the right side, but more middle right to give you a wedge in. You literally pulled in dead left and it so happened to fly the green. We were all in awe because you pulled so bad and it ended up so good! That's what we love about you Muscle OchO that and choke holds in strange bars at midnight.
Kickntrue says:
@Muscle-OchO- you may want to be careful what you wish for. i thought 11 comments was pretty good for a GOW post. You don't want to upset the monkeys. We're pretty restless.
