Help Us Name Our New Chart
![]() ... and by the way, we have an AMAZING new chart. On your "my game" page on the left hand navigation bar there is a new link under "Reports" called "New Report." It lets you view hole by hole stats for courses you play. After seeing that- please leave a comment with a name for this report. The one we pick wins a golf glove, oobgolf hat and golf shirt. (MyChart)
* While we are giving a prize to the name we pick- don't feel the need to be overly creative. This isn't the time for "oob-is-awesome-chart;" we could've come up with that on our own. We are looking for simple, descriptive and good. ** This resport is awesome, but it still has a few bugs. Feel free to post them as you see them. It is still a work in progress but we didn't see the need to make you wait for this. It will be perfected in the next weeks. [ comments ] I like this, good stuff. But some of the stats are wrong. For a course I've played twice, it shows my fairway percentages as 33.3 or 66.7%. Also, the pie chart doesn't always show accurate data. In the aforementioned course I've played twice, on one hole it said I hit the GIR twice AND missed it twice. As for name, how about "Course Report". 5/30/08
Wow, what quick service. Thanks! BTW, check your PM's...I sent you a note with a couple other suggestions and don't want to fill these comments. 5/30/08

I am unable to view multiple stats about the courses I've played more than once. Name: "Course Stats" 5/30/08
Now, more than ever, I need to get in more rounds in at my home course(s). This is another great report. Thanks. I suggest we call it: CPR - Course Performance Report. 5/30/08
1. Course Detail 2. Course Summary 3. Course Metrics 4. Course Performance 5. Personal Course Performance (the PCP report) 6. Course Performance Summary 7. Aggregate Course Performance 8. Josh-is-awesome-report (clearly this is the best option) 5/30/08
ONU Golfer- Could you clarify your question/comment. I'm not sure from what you said if this is a bug with this report of if you are actually asking for another report that shows this data. 5/30/08
Course As the section header already reads "Reports". Furthermore, the current reports read similarly, such as, "Development", "Fairway %", etc. 5/30/08
"hole by hole scoring" that's a dirty name and that's what it was referenced as in the forums awhile back... 5/30/08
How about a column for Avg. to Par. This could help show a person which holes they under perform and over perform (worst/best)? Avg. Score - Par = Avg. Strokes over Par Example: Hole #6: 8.2 - 5 = +3.2 Hole# 10: 6.2 - 5 = +1.2 Hole #4: 5.1 - 4 = +1.1 Hole #11: 2.9 - 3 = -0.1 5/30/08
Birdies as Eagles thing has been mentioned by someone else too on email. Thanks for the note. Kevin in traveling right now- and he'll have to look at it. Keep the names coming. 5/30/08
The date range doesn't seem to be loading correctly. You can change the date range, but then it won't load between those dates. Anyone else having that problem? 5/30/08
I agree with ryanlowdermilk that the avg. to par would be a great addition. I like 'Hole Details' as a possible name. Thanks for the excellent additions! 5/30/08
If birdies are eagles(I wish;-): I keep up with the number of pars and birdie for each hole at home. Some match up and some miss by a few and some by a large number. Some errors could be data entry but I hope not this many. Fairway % on par 3's should be zero. Of the 5 par 3's, 2 are zero, 3 are not. Data entry again? Would be nice to see the total number of rounds somewhere. And ditto what ryanlowdermilk said. (Hole handicap or rank) Nice to compare to what's on the official scorecard. Minor suggestion, instead of writing avg sand/penalty shots as a decimal (0.12) write it as a fraction 12/100, making the meaning clearer that out of 100 times I might play the hole, I would average 12 sand shots. As for a name, if kenjab hadn't said it first I would have,"Course Report". Sweet and simple and it'll fit. I like seeing avg sand/penalty shots, but especially putts/GIR (Those darn 3 putts are killers) Great job guys, looking forward to the final version. 5/30/08
CLEARLY, when you go to this page, you have to "select a course"....hence the name 5/30/08
birdies eagles thing has been fixed... Was kinda nice bug for a little bit, now back to reality. 5/30/08
-Tee to green -Nuts and bolts -Course breakdown -Aggregate scorecard -Carreer course data or "CCD" -Course gross (pun intended) -All course entries or "Ace" (kinda like this one) -Nutshell -Game numbers ... Or the New Report. Its got a nice ring to it. I think that's it for now. 5/31/08
Couple more... -Aggregate course entries or "Ace" (again) ... And lastly, my favorite, simply "Course Wizard" Come on that's gotta be a winner. 5/31/08
I think it should be named the "Hole Hacker Report" I'm hoping you guys are working on some other reports. I'd like to see the club I used on PAR 3's so at least to get a better grip on proper club selection. Also on PAR 3's I'd like to know which direction I missed the green. (cause you know I missed it for sure) 6/1/08
HOLE TO COURSE REPORT. BIRDIES DIDN'T SHOW UP ON REPORT, BUT THEY HAVEN'T SHOWED ON THE CARD EITHER. :-) 6/2/08
Have you guys put any thought into creating a report generator where people could create their own charts and then you wouldn't have to create all these different charts the users could. We could even trade formats with each other or you could post the most popular ones. 6/4/08

Great report, but it still has a bug. It lists a front 9 round I played on 04/23/08 as the back nine. I know because I have yet to par # 12 this year and it lists the par from that date. Report name suggestion - Course Analytics 6/6/08
Since I don't understand what the heck you are asking for via this chart, and where to post a "name" for the aforementioned chart my name for it is: "Chartabout~This&That!" 6/13/08

Hi There, Great site. I just stumbled on it TODAY! Wow, where do you get all the info? I'm a stataholic. Can't wait to start inputting data. Anyhow, here are my choices for a name. Round In Review Round Results 3/11/09
