Glen Oaks Golf Course

18-hole par 70 course with challenging Par 3 holes crossing streams, with rolling terrain.

The course offers some interesting holes. It has 3 challenging hilly greens surrounded by steep slopes. There is some elevation changes, several forest hazards and trees in play. Overall, I think it was well designed. It plays pretty short and has big slow greens. You can get in trouble and still score, which makes it fun for us average golfers. Unfortunately, the greens are not always well maintained. The slow-bumpy greens may be maddening to some, however they are also more forgiving on approach shots. Note: The beer cart girls and bar staff kick-butt! Blue Line me a Dewars Scotch for 5 bucks!
