Maggie Valley Club Golf Course offers a unique challenge for beginners and the most seasoned players. This established, 6500-yard course is surrounded by centennial trees and includes 30 acres of fairways leading to large bent grass greens.
The front Valley Nine allows players to warm up before tackling the significantly more challenging Mountain Nine, which features an elevation rise of 800 feet and panoramas of the valley and beyond.
The Course at Maggie Valley Club highlights some of Western North Carolina’s most spectacular scenery. The area’s temperate climate and the course’s native foliage, perennial gardens and creek-fed ponds make for fantastic year-round golf.

Beautifully well maintained course. It even drained well from the week's worth of rain prior to our round there. There are definitely shot locations to be avoided, so some course knowledge is helpful. Fun course, but I would only play at the discount rate I paid.

This course is always in great shape but the greens are reaaaalllllllyyy slllllooooowwwwwwwww. Overall it is pretty easy. They have a couple of greens on the back nine that a sloped unfairly. The only way to hold the # 17 green (which slopes away from you) is to hit a high cut shot with a full gap/lob wedge. and that is still no guarantee that it will hold the green.
The only way this course is worth playing is by paying the twilight rate.
For 5 dollars more there is Laurel Ridge down the road.
