The 18-Hole golf course is situated on the lovely sprawling countryside that this area three miles south of downtown Portland enjoys. Just minutes off both I-96 and Charlotte Highway, the course is thoughtfully carved out of the rolling hills and mature woodlands. It features creeks, wetlands, ponds, expansive meadows and gently contoured hills, with several more pronounced elevation changes. It is immediately and pleasingly evident that golf course architect J. John Gorney incorporated as many of these natural land characteristics as possible when designing the course. This diverse, naturally beautiful terrain lent itself most admirably to his grand vision, culminating in a wonderfully scenic and challenging, thoroughly enjoyable golf experience for players of ALL abilities.
