The golf course is challenging due to rolling hills and narrow fairways. The course plays longer than its yardage due to the elevation of the greens. Many members and guests feel that they "never play the same course twice," because of the different lies and conditions. The views of downtown San Francisco, the Bay and the hills around the bay are spectacular; they are truly some of the finest in the area.
