We are an open public facility located 45 minutes north-west of Philadelphia, PA. Our club was established in 1985. The course is in the rolling hills of an Ice Age Glacier that cut through Phoenixville, now named The Great Valley. We offer more than just challenging golfing and beautiful vistas. We have a natural turf driving range, putting green, and 19th Hole. You don't have to be a member to play. We are glad to see new faces around the course!

Great Place to Play. Some wide open holes and some tight challenging holes. In Great Shape

This is a great play for the money. If you think you are up for walking then you are in for a challenge. Very hilly. The maintenance is not great and the clubhouse is still in the stone ages. The views and the prices will make up for the lack of care.

I thought the fairways weren't cut because of recent rains. Though it appears there is a pattern of ungroomed fairways. Greens were the slowest I've played in a long time. I'd like to play it again in August to get a more accurate pace of play, and maintenance rating.

Enjoyed every aspect of this course. Scenery, conditions, pace and hospitality were excellent. No pressure golf, no rangers, no starter, just play. Simple golf at a great price. My new fav course in the area. Family-owned, no corporate feeling and very cheap "beverages" also!

Probably would have liked it more in a cart. Don't even think about walking.

if they would cut the grass in the middle of the hole and create fairways this course would be 5's across the board. Bring your range finder. guess the course has not changed since 7/2009. Greens were in great shape.

This is a fun course, with nice people and some interesting holes. I enjoyed the few rounds I played there. Grass driving range too, which is nice.

Great value and tough course. Greens are very sloped and the views are great.

For a $40 weekday after 2pm rate, you can find MUCH better courses in the area for the same price or cheaper. As stated by others, there are almost no yardage markers...150 yard bushes and (if your lucky) 1 marked sprinkler head per hole. Most holes have no delineation between fairway and rough...the "fairways" are hairy and the "rough" is short". Kind of reminds you of playing in your backyard if you drop the mower deck a few notches. The greens weren't bad though.

Great course for the value, the layout is great. If they put a few $$$ into the course it be great. I agree with tiwahu, the course isn't very well marked yardage wise, so you'll be eyeballing a lot of shots.
