This is a great value, but kind of a haul from where I live.

The little old lady taking tee times and greens fees was a sweetheart, but the grumpy old starter was condescending to the women in our group, and accused us of slow play, even though we finished a hair over 4 hours for 18. If he spent more time at the starters box making sure people went off when they are supposed to and forcing twosomes to pair up on busy weekends, he wouldn't have vacant holes on the course.

I will probably play this again, but not before I try Pine Grove and Lake Arthur Country Club.

My favorite local course. Pretty well maintained for a public course. Greens smooth and fast. Good mix of hole layouts. Wish it wasn't so busy, would play it more often. Nice size greens and fairways.
