The course is in pretty good shape for somewhere that gets as much play as it does. I think i have some issues with the layout for sure - If you're not used to it, the parking lot, driving range, and pro-shop are somewhat confusing to navigate. There's a lot of space between the pro-shop and the putting green(s) but after a minute it's OK and you're not lost.

The greens are tough to putt. Lots of little breaks. One thing is that the 9s are not consistent in cut/roll of the greens. I played Pine to Oak and pine was rolling much slower than Oak. IF you're having a good putting day on one, you're going to get killed on the other. I think i'm a little put off at the lack of proper yardage as well. They do well on the 100-200 yd markers, but there's nothing that lets you know how far to a dogleg, etc. of any kind. Great price for the golf walking. Slower than heck though. the starter just inserts people in the 9s regardless of who is making the turn and when. It backs things up so fast. Be prepared for a 5-6 hour round at times.

course in good shape. Wide fairways. nice greens. Really good for playing with your spouse for a nice relaxing day. Use your GPS trying to find course as it is out of the way.

course was in great shape, pace of play was good on front 9 but at the turn there is always confusion because the starters don't control what 9 everyone is going to next. When we made the turn 3 foursomes were backed up in # 10 tee box. Other than that great value for a nice course.
