Probably 3.5 stars.

As the previous reviewer stated, it's a decent deal if you can get a discounted round. If you're paying the regular $130 or whatever, you're getting ripped off. It's just not quite that caliber of course. Most of the sand traps are washed out and full of dirt. Some of the greens are a little sparse. Service is great though, everyone is very nice. And the pace of play was great, I played 18 in 3 hours on a Sunday.

The course is not worth whatever they charge here. I got a "deal" through, and I still feel like I overpaid. Played the Creeks/Oaks. All the bunkers on the creeks side are void of any sand. There is a thin layer of dirt in all of them. Ridiculous. The greens on the entire course, while quicker than most other courses in San Antonio, are very bumpy. The course overall is very dry. I heard they don't have access to grey water, which could be a big disadvantage, but charging over $100 for a course in this shape is out of question. You are paying to basically play at a Hyatt course, but personally, I'd rather play at any if the city municipals several times over one time here.
