Plantation Resort Golf Course

Located in the rapidly growing city of Frisco, Texas, Plantation is an affordable 18-hole daily fee facility approximately 30 minutes from downtown Dallas. Situated in the Plantation Resort Housing Development, Plantation Golf Club’s 125 acres feature 419 Bermuda grass fairways and roughs, Champions Bermuda grass greens, 20 sand bunkers, and 9 ponds.

Overall, the course is in decent shape. They have reworked the traps so that's one negative turned into a positive. The Blue tee boxes are still in lousy shape with way too many crowns and pits. Pace of play also stinks as it took almost 5 hours for a round on a Thursday afternoon and never saw a marshall. All in all, it's still not a bad deal on Tuesday and Thursday.

Lot's of water here. Very fast fairways and super large greens.

There didn't seem to be any organized tee times which caused chaos on the coarse and made for a very slow round...4+ hours on a weekday.

I'll be back though. The price is right.

Nice course that is WAY to pricy. Pace is very slow at all times as well.
