With most of the fairways and greens of the Ted Robinson Jr. designed Arrowood Golf Course set adjacent to protected natural riparian habitats, the solitude of the picturesque countryside will enhance the golf experience. Comforted by coastal breezes and a year-round mild climate, players of this 6,721-yard championship course will feel as though they're in a world unto themselves.

Nice course that offers a fair challenge for only 6,700 yards. Good value.

I recently joined on at Arrowood as a Member. Its the best deal in North County, and I'm glad I am able to take advantage of it. However, I liked this course alot even before I joined. They take the maintenance of this course seriously, and manage cart traffic exceptionally well, and as a result the fairways are always in fantastic condition. The greens usually rolling around a 9, which is slightly above average for a public course. Whenever the pro mini-tours come through they work hard and usually have them rolling about a 10 that week. Since it is a public course, there is usually a problem with ball marks. I could probably stop and fix 80-100 per green. However, over the past 6 months, the ball marks have made a notable improvement. The course is well designed, well maintained, and is reasonably priced. Its a win-win all around.

I was just complaining about crappy fairways on Sunday and I decided to play Arrowood today. I'm absolutely certain I could have shot 5 better had the greens at this course been consistent in speed, and smooth across. So many ball marks and divots on the greens, it made me forget about the beautiful fairways.
