Timacuan Golf & Country Club

The front nine holes – one of the strongest opening nines you will find anywhere in the state - sweeps across rolling terrain seldom found on Florida courses.

The back nine holes are equally challenging but offer a different look that showcases everything that makes Florida golf great - from scenic wetlands to moss-draped oaks.

Timacuan was created in 1987 by noted golf course architect Ron Garl, and updated a few years ago by course designer Bobby Weed. The result is one of those rare golf courses that truly does offer a fair and interesting challenge to golfers at every level. Timacuan features five sets of tees, playing to 7,000 yards "from the tips" but also offering many less intimidating options, including a layout of less than 5,000 yards from the forward tees.

Great course, staff were super. Suggestion would be to get GPS on carts, but otherwise very nice...highly recommend

Horrible condition. Embarrassing really. I got a good price off of GolfNow but this place usually charges $45 bucks plus during the heat of the summer. I would never pay more than $15 to play here. Greens are absolutely torn to pieces. Stay away.
