Mill Pond Golf Club

Mill Pond Golf Course offers the public golfer a rare treat: incredible golf coupled with superb service and all the amenities one would expect at a private club. Designed by William (Buddy) Johnson, this links style layout situated on over 200 acres is reminiscent of classic Scottish courses. The four sets of tees allow all golfers the opportunity to be challenged, but not overly intimidated. Well placed bunkers, large undulating greens and lakes bordering seven holes place a premium on shot selection and ball placement. Most fairways provide adequate to wide landing areas and many of the greens are open in front to offer players the option to employ the bump-and-run. The spacious and inviting clubhouse, complete with locker rooms and shower facilities, fits in perfectly with the overall design.

No amenities and horrible staff! They were rude from the moment we stepped into their clubhouse and even on the course the ranger had an attitude. Worst experience ever and not worth the trip! I would recommend going elsewhere for a better golfing experience.

The links-style Mill Pond Golf Course is a Brookhaven township public facility but it could easily be mistaken as private country club. This course gets 5 stars from me in every category. The course has an excellent 18-hole layout. The outstanding course maintenance keeps the greens faster then you would expect from a public course. The head pro has an exceptional teaching staff. The Starter, Ranger, Cart Manager, Kitchen & wait staff are all eager and courteous. All the golf carts include GPS systems and the Greens Fees for 18 holes are low and what you would expect at a public course.
