I really enjoyed this public course. The only draw back for me was the extremely slow pace of play. But I guess that is what you can expect on many courses on a Sunday morning. Well maintained, not too difficult with wide fairways and some room for error on most holes.

This is one of the better public courses I have played in the Capital District. The layout is good and the greens were in excellent shape. For $32 (weekend/ walking) it is a great value as well.

For a public course, Eagle Creast odes a good job keeping up with the maintenance. The owner plays the course regularly which I believe helps to maintain emphasis on the courses condition.
