Beautiful, hilly course off Hwy 44 in Lake County

Eagle Dunes is a wonderful layout with a fair amount of elevation fluctuation for a Florida course. Lake County is a nice change of pace compared to the Orlando area's flat terrain. The green speeds at Eagle Dunes vary from quicker than most to quite fast depending on the cut, number of rolls and the weather. These greens have plenty of undulation and are beautifully maintained, just like the rest of the course. A summer weekend morning round costs less than $50... a true bargain. If you're visiting Orlando and are on a budget, put this course on your 'must play' list.

This course is a good challenge for golfers of every level, it is always well manicured, the greens are always in great shape, quick greens, but fair, I play it often. The only setback is the weak clubhouse.
