105 Barbados Dr
Jupiter, FL 33458-2921, United States

The 18-hole championship golf course, designed by renowned golf course architect Joe Lee, opened in October of 1999. Lush, rolling fairways weave throughout undulated landscape, which is surrounded by serene lakes and native vegetation. A design characteristic setting Abacoa Golf Club apart from so many other South Florida golf courses is its flowing elevation changes. Some elevation features may vary from 30 to 40 ft., which offer scenic views while creating exciting golf shots.

Rates shown are high season; Mid December through March. Lower rates available during off and shoulder seasons

Very solid public track. While the fairways and rough conditions arent the best...how is that different than most public courses? With less $ to work with it seems like the more important layout and greens are great. The greens were a lot faster and challenging than average public courses, and a lil smoother. Some extra ball marks, but again, its public, and its good, so maybe it gets a lotta play? From the tips it was a nice change from normal Florida golf for me. It was a nice mix of some getable par 5s and some longer par 4s. It seems like with their sets of tees, and available pin locations... the super can set it up in fresh ways very often. There was def 3-4 serious pin positions the day i was there... and i noticed they had more spots available. Good job by the architect imo. Maybe get there early, get some long and short putt work in, know your game and be realistic in your targets so u can keep it below the hole. But again, that's my opinion for any course without shag carpet for green surfaces. Def recommend it if you want to mix it up or b challenged. If u hate putting or being challenged by some bounces and rolls that r dif than standard Floida...pass

A very hard course, should be a wonderfull course, but has some truly annoying features. The greens are so fast relative to other courses, that putting is frustrating. The driving range closes around 5:00 so you can't hit after work.
