 DeepRough - 11/15/09Decent course. The pace of play should have been great. We went off at the same time as a scramble (they put us out on #14 with two members), and amazingly enough, never caught up to anyone...we were just playing pretty slow. Nice carts with GPS. Staff was a little occupied with the outing, so hospitality at times suffered. I am sure if you are lucky enough to be there on a non outing day, you will be treated very well. Course was in okay shape, not as nice as I thought it would be, but maybe it was because it was November, and the course was a little burnt out after the summer? Not sure. Greens rolled nice. The island green hole was neat. Worth a play if you get some package deal with the hotel. |
