Tanglewood Park Golf Club

Tanglewood boasts two award-winning golf courses:

The Championship course is a Robert Trent Jones Sr. design that opened in 1958. Although this layout has 99 bunkers, average golfers are accommodated from forward tee sets.

The Reynolds course also was designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr.; the first nine opened in 1965, while the second nine opened in 1970.

Nice course... requires a straight shot and course management skills. Don't hit driver off every par 4. You can get a nice course if you play smart ball placement.

The course was not in the best of shape but with the dry hot summer I kind of understand it. Its a very, very tight course...not long from the white tees but you better hit it straight. I want to play it next year when I'm sure it will be in better shape because its a tough little course.
