This Kelly Blake Moran design is a 9 hole golf course with par of 34. The large tee boxes give golfers of all abilities the chance to play. Two flags in each sprawling green and four separate tee choices (and one for juniors) really gives the 18 hole feel on a 9 hole course.

Course was in decent shape but the greens had far too many ball marks. I thought the layout was fun, especially holes 5,6 and 7. I will play this place again even though the rates could be a little lower.

the fairways were pretty beat up but the greens were in decent condition...they also need to work on putting actual sand in the sand traps not hard clay...the course was pretty damn empty so pace was good....i gave value 5 stars only because i used my tee time book and played for $15 i don't know what the full greens fees are here....the guy working in the clubhouse got a phone call when i was trying to pay and i had to wait about 15 mins to finish paying, also there was no starter and the on course snack stand wasn't open.

I played Heritage Creek Golf Course today and I could not disagree with some of the other reviewers more.If you are an average weekend golfer who does not have the option of a private golf club, then this course is a good fit. The golf course is kept in good shape, the greens run true. The undulating greens and course layout presents a moderate challenge. It is currently a nine hole course with two pin placements at each hole if you play 18. The first half of the course runs through a wooded area that presents wonderful views and sight lines. The second half runs though a housing development. Over the next 2 years the second 9 hole will be created. It is better the most municipal courses in the area and not as crowded as local privately owned public courses. Well worth a try.

The course fairways were in the worst condition I have ever seen on any course. Slow play and not worth the money at all. This should be the cheapest course in the state but they charge more than most. Save your money. If this was the only place to go I would quit golfing honestly.

Go anywhere else this place sucks and should be the cheapest place in Bucks county.
