Krendale Golf Course

This 27-hole, public-access facility opened in 1949 with what is now the South 9; the North 9 opened in 1952, while the West 9 debuted in 1972.

Over all a nice place. Since there are 27 holes it was never slow play during the week. Fairway a little narrow on some holes. Nice views on many holes. Some blind holes which was bad for the first time there. Greens in nice shape.

First and last time out at this course. Holes were not laid out well and there was no cut difference between the fairways and rough. You can tell the course was squeezed into a plot of land. However, the greens were maintained well and rolled true. That's was probably the only thing that saved us from walking off the course.

Also, bring your cash because this dog track doesn't except credit or debit cards.

This was the first time playing out here. It was for a buddy's bachelor party. The course was wet, as it rained the night before. But the course was great. A couple tough holes.

Greens rolled great and weren't slow like many public courses.
