1 Big Ridge Dr, Route 209 Marshalls Creek, PA 18335 570-223-8099 This course's narrow fairways are either lined with thick woods or wetlands. The greens are fast and putt true. Hole #4, a 322-yard, par 4, is reachable off the tee for longer hitters, but everyone else needs to lay-up in front of wetlands, then carry the hazard to reach the small green. The club reconfigured three holes in 1996, which had been causing occasional slow play. Course Details

Reviews/Comments
This is the most mountainous course I have ever played. The pluses are the scenery, the vistas, the quietness of the course, and the conditions of the grass which are near country club quality. The minuses are that it is totally target golf, really hilly and the course is squeezed into the mountains resulting in massive drives from green to the next tee and at least a half dozen drives on public streets. There is no flow from one hole to the other. It's like the architect chose sites for 18 holes and didn't care how far apart they were. Your Review
