2601 Diamond Club Dr
Clermont, FL 34711, United States

One of the most interesting features of Sanctuary Ridge Golf Club is the unbelievable changes in elevation throughout the golf course. With 190 feet of overall elevation change, and the highest elevation point on the course of 260 feet, Florida's Mountain Course provides magnificent views and a 7005 yard par 71 championship design. Golf Course architect Terrill LaGree, known for his work as original project manager/developer of Black Diamond Ranch in Lecanto, Florida, has created yet another gem to add to his collection, but this time it is just a little closer to home. Water comes into play on seven of the eighteen holes and natural sands provide picturesque bunkering throughout the entire course. Five separate sets of tees make Sanctuary Ridge Golf Club in Clermont the perfect fit for any golfer.

Unbelievably ignorant 4-some in front of our 2-some. We were on them by every tee box, they acted as if we weren't there. No other golfers in front. Zero golf etiquette. People like these are why others leave the game. Courses need to have rangers out there to resolve slow play. Will certainly affect my decision to play Sanctuary Ridge again.

If you are looking for a unique golfing experience in Central Florida, then Sanctuary Ridge is the course for you. It combines the look of a typical Floridian course with the feel of a traditional mountain course. The course is challenging but fair. If you hit a good shot, then you'll be rewarded. If you don't, well, good luck!

Believe it, elevation in Florida. You will not be disappointed. Number 2 is a par 3 that has the tee boxes way above the hole. You will feel it is a short 183 yrds. Hit your 190 club, trust me. Very intertaining course and for the money you can not beat it. You will understand why gas powered cart are necessary at this course.
