This course definitely deserves all the accolades it has received. Fair but testing layout, kept in absolutely great condition, and nothing but beautiful scenery despite the course running through a private gated community. The course can be beaten, but it will require good shots, smart course management, and a sound short game. The greens with offer even the best putters a difficult test. As part of a package, this course can be played at very reasonable rates and is really worth a spot on your itinerary.

played there april 27th, 2013. staff and starters very cordial. course is beautiful, except for the greens. for the money you pay to play this course greens were awful. lots of brown spots and very bumpy. it was a shame because its a great layout

Greens sucked.

Tidewater provides great views of both the inlet and coastal waterway. The course is well maintained. The course is challenging, with multiple sand traps on every hole and either water or marshes on every hole.

No out of bounds is just dumb. It does have some great holes. The homes are right on top of some holes. Can't believe this is a top rated course

Overall a nice very nice course with some nice views and good conditions. Some of the holes required some local knowledge as far as where to hit to. The GPS helps. Staff was fantastic. Beverage carts were around every 3 or 4 holes. I would definitely play it again.
