Mangrove Bay Golf Course

Mangrove Bay is a par-72, Championship golf course located on 180 beautifully maintained acres in northeast St. Petersburg, Florida. Mangrove Bay features 18 holes of championship golf on USGA modified greens, a clubhouse, lighted driving range, and a pro shop for all of your golfing needs.

Golf Digest's "Best Places to Play" recently ranked Mangrove Bay as a three star course commenting that: "Mangrove Bay is a... great municipal course, is well maintained and well run. ...it is an excellent value."

Also, named one of the Top 100 Most Women Friendly Golf Courses by Golf for Women magazine in 1999.

An beautifully maintained Muni, that gets a lot of play, which tends to make rounds a bit slow despite rangers keeping things moving. Generous fairways on most holes...a few tight ones you have to really play smart. Don't get greedy...Great greens...they hold, and putt true...beware of the grain when putting...can be slow or lightning fast depending on the grain. Overall a great facility, with an above average practice area.

Nice and inexpensive course. Generally in very good condition for the number of rounds played here. The only problem is that it is busy and can be very slow.
