At the heart of the community is the Ponte Vedra Golf and Country Club at Sawgrass golf course, which was recently redesigned by Arnold Palmer and Ed Seay. The layout features beautiful tree-lined fairways and mildly undulating greens, which demand proper shot placement and a deft touch with the short game. The shotmaker's course is a par-70, measuring 6,413 yards from the back tees and an enjoyable 4,839 yards from the forward tees. Be sure to come out and play our newly renovated course. During the summer of 2005, McCumber Golf came to our facility and renovated our bunkers. We reconstructed the tees on holes 14, 15 and 16 and also did some drainage work throughout the course and the driving range.
